"We got multiple companies to quote replacing all of the windows and doors in our house. Right from the start South Otago Windows and Doors stood out. They were prompt, had brochures and glass samples, were friendly and by far the nicest to deal with! Even though we live in Dunedin, it was never a problem to call past and remeasure when we changed our mind on the design of a window.

The install was so much faster and tidier than I expected, the team doing the install were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Bob is a credit to the company, he made the whole process so easy and nothing was a problem. We have been recommending South Otago Windows and Doors whenever we can and would definitely use them again, we love our new windows!"

"Wow what a difference, I cannot believe that I had not replaced my windows sooner!

The house is warmer, less road noise and the rooms are so much lighter now.

As for the service, well what can I say. The whole process was such a breeze and not stressful.

All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and I cannot fault anything. Brian even got the vacuum out, however he would not do the whole house for me :)

We try hard to instil in our team the fact that they are working in our client's personal space/home and should treat them with the utmost respet. We always do a clean up after installation and remove as much debris as possible with a vacuum to finish.

"I just wanted to say what a marvellous job the team did yesterday getting those windows in!! Thank you so much for your prompt service, it is very much appreciated. What a difference the windows have made already! The painter turned up this morning and commented that the place was lovely and warm with just having new windows. Your teams work ethic is fabulous and a credit to your business. They never raised an eyebrow as I took my parents through to see the disgusting state of the bedroom walls, and were polite and a pleasure to interact with.

I hope the beers went down a treat on the way home, they certainly deserved them.
